The man walked through the forest, hoping to find a place where he could be able to sleep safely, or at least even a person to talk to. He had been traveling for many days, and had yet to see a sign of civilization. He noticed he was near the edge of the woods, which gave him a boost of confidence, and he sped up, heading towards the light. he broke through the forest's edge, and before him stood the gate of a glistening city, bustling with people, and kept watch over by two stoic guards, flanking the entrance. The man walked towards the gate, relieved to have found real people to talk to. "Halt!" exclaimed the guard on the left as he approached the gate. "What business have you here?" "I am looking for work." replied the man. "I pose no threat to the people of the city." "Very well, then." said the guard on the left. "You may enter the city." As the man strolled into the city, he glanced around at everything going on and all of the people and thought of all of the adventures and opportunity they might bring.
