You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Hesitantly, she sat down where the strange woman had told her to sit, her mind was attempting to get used to its surroundings. She slowly opened my mouth to speak and a mixture of nervous words came out, symbolising a story, "Well I suppose its no coincidence I've ended up here, in all honesty I have been searching for this area for a rather long period of time. Where I am from, I've heard much about this place and its, well, 'diverse' creatures. Regardless, I am a new arrival just willing to join your town. May I introduce myself?" A rather radiant smile appeared on her face, emitting a reliable aura. "My name is Faylen, Faylen Glynria to be exact. Not sure how obvious it is, I suppose the ears kind of gave it away, alas I am a wood elf. Truthfully, I am not too sure where my family have wondered off to, I stopped by a lake nearby a couple of hours ago and cannot seem to find my family anywhere, I'm beginning to get quite anxious." The once twinkling grin she had before had now fade into a rather downturnd, miserable look. It was clear that she was affected by this unnerving feeling. Without saying anything else she got up hastily, leaving the woman in tent by herself.
