    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When you use information you gathered out of character for in character advantages.

Methusah glares into his eyes “I guess I am starting a new life. Society never really accepted me for who I am in helena because of my parents, and I’ve lived for norland for 4 years on my own, but it’s getting colder so I came here.” Methusah removes his hood and straightens his hair, taking a quiet and deep breath. “Maybe getting a job, friends and perhaps a bride would’nt be so bad.” Methusah would seem passive, but doesn’t really smile or frown.
