Verthyr raised a brow at the man, quite irritated to have been stopped before he could’ve explored the place further. He put on a false smile towards the man. “And why may you be so interested in why I am here, sir, to have so rudely stopped me in my tracks.” He said in a fair tone, trying to not let it slip of his disinterest in the gentleman. The other man didn’t seem to pick up on it, laughing.
“I am merely curious as to whom comes around this city and for what reasons, that is all. But feel free to not tell, I would not want to pry you if you’re uncomfortable.” The gentleman said, as Verthyr nodded to his words. Shaking his head, Verthyr moved around the man, walking into the market. He could smell all the new, delectable varieties of food for him to try and write down, making the dark elf smile.
