    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is the act of taking information from the real world and applying it into the role-play world where the character normally wouldn't have access to the information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is when during the creation process of a character the player abuses the freedom of creation, for example making the character unbeatable via some form.

Himmelstas looks the man from head to toe and confidently states “I am here to rid the world of the inferior races and to establish our place at the top of the racial hierarchy as High Elves, with our natural magical advantages it is an obvious sign of our superiority”, pushing her point firmly towards the man although keeping her second intensions of learning magic a secret as her shyness only allows her to put forward so much of her traits at once.
