    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Talking in private about things that are happening in game.
    So don't text your friends when theres a raid and don't ask for help that comes out of nowhere
    Don't ruin a story moment for self gain. Especially when there are epic's waiting to happen.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: I see, doing unrealistic things like jumping off a tower and shooting a bow to disarm the orc while also throwing knives at the guardsmen and stabbing his hand to the wall making him also disarmed
    while landing in a haybale to then throw poison potions at the giant rats all within the span of 3 seconds.
    Completing unrealistic actions or performing actions that could not take place / applying illogical or impossible feats.
    Status: Denied

I also come to this mighty stronghold to seek a way of fighting back the dark creatures. 

Though they might not show their demonic faces now but soon.

I'm more than willing to smash a couple of creatures if the pay is right fren.

I don't really know what you mean by "is talking off character bannable? like forever," but I am assuming you are talking about talking out of character. Talking out of character (or OOC) is designated for specific channels, such as #looc or #ooc, which are local ooc, and global ooc respectively.
