You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

I sit quietly and ponder on the question. Where do I even begin?
"I am hardly ever expected anywhere but here. And with good reason I suppose. After all us Halflings have a peace oriented reputation and I don't fit that mold."
I pause and smile bitterly as i take out my well polished wooden pipe.
"It's good to see you again. My story this time includes me meeting the most handsome Dark Elf the world had ever seen. Sadly he is no more.. Would you like me to bore you with the details?"
I ask as i get comfortable in my chair and light my pipe carefully. Fire never brings forth anything good..
