    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When someone metagames they use their knowledge on the situation or things in general in order to benefit them during roleplay when their character does not know the same information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when your character breaks the veil of realism and performs actions that would not be true to logic. Or insinuating actions were successful without taking in the other party into consideration.

The well dressed woman, rose the tail of her dress as she stepped off the boat. The loud noises were new to her, for normally her home town was rather quiet and tame. Taking in a heavy breath, she basked in the salty aroma that lingered within the air before glaring towards the welcoming gentleman. Offering a smile before speaking, she states,

"All of the above and more!"

She replies to his question, overzealous on the account of opportunities.
