You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Coraline sits down, crossing her legs by her ankles. She could feel her heart racing but she couldn't figure out why, "My story? well it's really just simple," she states. clearing her throat, "I'm just looking for a place to start anew, a new beginning I should say," she plays with the hems of her long sleeves, "But if you really want to know my story," she pauses thinking of a way to start. "I ran away from home. I was to be wed, to a horrible man. And besides, I don't want to be married right now, I want to live my life and see the world. Be something other then a show wife." she looks a the older lady before smiling, "I just want to be free."

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: I tend to go with the flow of things, I myself don't like it when other people try to take control of something or put themselves higher up than others just because they want to.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: it gives me more of an advantage and it is cheating in a way. just because I know of some information that may or may not even happen in the future or what has happened in the past it should not affect what my character is doing. Also I think I failed the robot test? its not letting me retake it.
