You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Who are you, and how do you know who I am?" you ask, as you take several steps backwards, until you decide to run out of the tent. On your way out, you slip and hit your head. Before you are knocked unconscious, you see the figure of the old hag outside the tent...
After a while you wake up again inside the tent, tied to a chair, the old hag looks at you and says "Tell me your story."
You sigh and say "My parents had a lonely house in a field, until 2 weeks ago, bandits killed and robbed my parents while I was away from home. My father was a retired guard and taught me everything he knew about fighting and my mother took care of the house and orchards. Now I go in search of a new home and a new life."
The old hag replies "From now on your luck will change and so will your destiny, go your way girl..." and suddenly you start to see your vision turn black."
