    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: i hear something IRL and use it to my advantage in the game on my character when he don't know

Micah was born very smart, and he has one sister. he was born in sutica, but he left when he was young and got raised by his dad in haense. he used to be named palmer, like the trees, but he had to change it to rosier. his dad was gone and was not there for him, which is why he is so mean today. Then his dad died. his sister moved to oren and left him too, and he got bullied. he has always wanted revenge and he still does but he needed to train more. now he is strong and he is coming for vengence and to find his sister. when everyone sees him, all they will think is that he is rude and evil. but, it is a cover, because he does not want to be hurt again. ((minty/niijaro gave me permission to play a rosier))

Physical Description: he is a white man with dark orange hair, and he is very tall. 6 feet tall. since he trains, he is buff, looks like a body builder.
Roleplay Scenario:

micah looks the person up and down. he is judging them, very hard. "who talks like that?" he shakes his head, looking away, "i am an adventurerer, and i'm just looking for some stuff." after he says that he walks away.

Your application has been put on pending, as there are changes needing to be made before you may be accepted, as follows:

  • Your Character Biography is a bit short. Please include at least 10 sentences. If you don’t know what to add, I recommend thinking more about your character’s backstory! Think about where they're from, what their parents were like, why they are how they are…?
  • Your Physical Description is a bit lacking; I suggest adding some more detail! If you’re lost on what to add, height, eye color, hair color, hair length, etc. are all good. 
  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks must include at least one significant negative trait. This can be anything that is a fault in their personality. 
  • Your Character Dislike is a bit lacking! Please try to make sure your character's dislike connects with their biography!
  • Your Character Fear, Like, and Dislike must be two sentences
  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short! It must be at least 4 sentences long and include at least one piece of dialogue in quotes, and one action!

 

If you do not make these changes within 24 hours, your application will be denied. When you are finished, please message me on discord @Chronics#7490 to let me know, or if you don’t have a Discord, send me a forum message, and please do ask if you have any questions.

  • After 24 hours you still did not make the correct edits
