Griffin was born to a poor family of farmers, and worked his entire life. Before the sun rose, until after it set. Leaving him to be a hardy and strong man. But in his early twenties, the farm was raided by orcs. Leaving only smoldering ruins in their wake. And rather than starting over, and attempting to rebuild on his own. He decided to honor those family lost. By leaving and setting out for an adventure, into a practically unknown world. Wanting to find truth to the stories he had heard in his youth. Of magic, battles, and monsters. But with no real skill in combat, magic, or much of anything? The path will be long and hard. He is only prepared to walk it.

Griffin stepped from the boat, as his eye’s grew wide. Never in his life had he seen such a spectacle. The noise and sounds alone, were nearly enough to knock him down. But still he went on, just absorbing as much of his surroundings as possible. Though he was snapped from this moment, as the man approached. “Greetings...” returned as he cleared his throat. Eyes readjusting to take in the finely dressed gentleman. “I guess, a bit of everything...” chuckling nervously with his reply. “Never been much’a anywhere outside my village...” a hand idly raising to scratch at his head. “Name’s Griffin.. farmer by trade. But I was hopin to find some of that adventure.”
