    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Simple! Be realistic and think of other players. A simple farmer isn't going to be able to defeat an entire army alone, especially without any development or allies.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Metagaming is awful for RPGs. It ruins the flow of the story and everyone hates spoilers, especially plot twists!

Ectheldir Sunshield, Son of Gellion Tenderleaf and Ran'thel Sunshield, comes from the ruined kingdom of Kelaaria, an all-inclusive kingdom run by elves now ransacked of the face of the planet. Kelaaria no longer has a royalty as the kingdom no longer exists. He wielded a sword that grew in power whenever Ectheldir's faith to his God grew. This sword aided him in his fierceless dedication to his people. When aiding an evactuation in a Kelaarian ship, the ship was struck by a dark storm and was wrecked, putting Ectheldir in a coma. His parents were killed, his sister Muralyon is missing and now Ectheldir has woken up off the shore of an elven kingdom named Talarnor, devoid of hope and faith. His armour missing and sword now inactive of any power, Ectheldir must now rise from nothing if he hopes to find any remnants of his family again.
