    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: In my own words Metagaming would be using MY knowledge of the game to make "my OC" have an advantage thus making my character stronger with my irl knowledge.

    I will be honest I am very new to RP but have read all the rules and expect to be a great member of the community and avoid Metagaming in any sense.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming would be giving my character absurd powers, kinda forcing the game. I think a example will better explain it "rumpelstiltskln casts a spell forcing "Player" to sleep instantly" instead it should be "rumpelstiltskln casts a sleeping spell at "player". No insta killing or instant powers.

(not sure how long i am supposed to make this so I am going to continue the roleplay just to make sure everything is good!)

 

The man glared back, confused and bewildered unexpected of such a out-worded question that is normally only discussed in whispers. "Uh-no, erm no. I am not sure what you are referring to?" the man replied void of the smile he wore before, attempting to negate any suspicion.

 

"Tisk Tisk Tisk, I wouldn't expect you to be so foolish to lie to me" rumpelstiltskln takes a step further, grabbing the man by the neck "Now tell me where I can find the one delving in the dark arts"
