    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It gives the metagamer an unfair advantage against others. Such as knowing mental or physical weaknesses they shouldn't or information in general.

You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Greetings! My name is Keldama the great! I have come to impose upon you on this fine evening for a small chance of administering my miracle cure on your citizens! It can cure any ailment. Blindness, deafness, even fatigue! For the small price of 20 gold each, i can have a shipment sent out right away!" Keldama says, his usual flair for showmanship and charisma hopefully working their trick. Perhaps he was lying, perhaps he was not. It was impossible to tell with this man.
