You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

She smiled brightly, "I seek a new home, for my last has burnt to a crisp!"
"Why do you wear such a smile, then?" the hag replied, surprised.
"You see... If it had never burnt down, I would never have discovered this lovely town nearby. It is truly quaint and cute... Anyways, I was tired of living in that cramped hut alone." she said, fingers running through her long pink hair.
"Why did you live alone?" the hag croaked, intrigued.
"Well... My parents could not afford to give me a shelter, thus sadly they had left me to the care of my aunt. She passed away when I was quite young, but they never came back. It's been an adventure..." she sighed softly, her kind expression never faltered.
