You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"You were waiting? I've heard tale of your kind and I know not to take your deals. However my curiosity has the better of me so I'll bite"
"I grew up as many other Elven children would, though I didn't feel like I belonged with the others. I learned why on my 17th birthday when my father who has been out of the picture came, and it was revealed then that I was a half elf, my father human and my mother Elven. At 19 I left my home, I didn't feel like I had a reason to stay, I was lied to my whole life and so I went on a journey to find my purpose in life. Thus I'm 1 year into my journey a lot poorer than I'd like, and that was until I heard about you and your grand wisdom. So what wisdom can you share."

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Being all powerful is boring, and I much more enjoy playing a character that has flaws and weakness's, and so avoid power gaming because it just makes unfun RP.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: MetaGaming is disruptive because if one person uses out of game knowledge it will create an unfair and unfun RP, where is the shock factor for your character and others if you just know it all.
