    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you bring outside information in from the real world (information that your character wouldn't know) and use it in-game. I.e *Friend private messages me saying they are being kidnapped, says please help me.* Unless someone communicated to my character in-game, they wouldn't know that my friend is in danger.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you make your character overpowered. i.e *Dodges all attacks without any mistakes, even though I've lost an eye, I have an arrow wound in my shoulder, and I've broken my ankle.*
