When Osgar was little, he was exploring the outskirts of Talar’ikur, alone, and happened to see a dragon flying nearby. Curiosity filled him and he slowly made his way to where the dragon was. As a child, he moved very slowly and thus did not even walk two kilometers when he saw a the dragon flying the opposite direction from him holding what appeared to be a larger than normal mammoth. Despite being far away, Osgar could still feel the beat of the dragons wings and marvelled at how powerful it was, and wondered just how the dragon could hold that mammoth in it’s mouth and how it is flying so high. As he grew up, he spent his time engrossed in biology and the dissection of all creatures he could find. Once he had dissected the creature, he drew the insides accurately, in a giant book. Osgar used Arcane illusionary magic to recreate the animals with the help of his sketchbook. As a snow elf, he had learned the basics of how to use simple weapons such as swords but never learned any more than he had to. By the time he was 52, he realized the isolationist way of the snow elves was not beneficial for studies of anatomy, disregarding his peers pleas to stay in Talar’ikur, he headed out with an anatomy book, a sword and his thirst for knowledge.
