after the final schism Ceraks family was torn apart with his father dead in one of the many guerrilla attacks Azuls ambition leaving only Cerak and his mother, but with time passing Ceraks mother died because she drowned when going fishing for food for her and Cerak and with that Ceraks mind descended into that of a sociopath and with that Cerak never smiled but focused on his hunting skills because he blamed himself for being to weak to protect those he cared about, after 10 years Cerak found and tamed a hawk to be his eyes in the skies so no-one would be able to sneak up on him without him knowing it
