While pregnant his mother and father fled their homeland during Third Atlas Coalition War. Setting up a home and farm outside of Spring Hills. His father discovered Ruins a few miles away from their home. Inside he found gold and treasure, he found books of magic. Inside one of the treasure caverns he saw a precious jewel. He read into one of the journal’s and discovered the Jewel was know as the Hearth Stone. He soon became enveloped with work. His wife giving birth to the child with his absence. She raised Newt till he was 18 years old. After dragging the wood to the shed he heard a loud horn. Almost like a war horn. He ran back home to discover his parents dead. The house destroyed. He looked into his fathers room. And saw it torn up he turned to his fathers cabinet. The cabinet he was told never to touch. His Jewel. The Hearth Stone was gone. Looking back he saw tears into the couch. The blade still stabbed into the furniture. An Orcish Dagger. He moved in with his uncle who was a trained rogue. He showed him the ropes of thievery and killing. Until he died when Newt was 20. He went back to his old home. And Found the journals.In the journals it said the Hearth Stone has the potential to bring back someone from the dead.
