Finn is a young Heartlander who grew up in the trade city of Sutica. His mother, Minerva, died during childbirth. This left Finn to be raised by his father, Martin. Martin worked many long hours at his market stall in Sutica. Martin wouldsell food items caught by the local fishermen, like salmon and cod. Martin was a devout Canonist and imprinted this onto Finn during his upbringing. As Finn grew older, Martin wished for his son to have more responsibilities. Martin decidedly brought home a dog for Finn to care for. Finn cherished this dog and brought him many times on different adventures, though each adventure was a product of Finn's wild imagination. On Finn's 18th birthday, after a childhood of pretending of going on adventures, Finn decided if there was any time to go out and see the world it was now. So with that thought in mind, Finn packed up his things in his backpack and prepared for his journey. With his dog by his side, Finn departed first for Haense and would see where the world brought him from there.
