Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Golems are creatures of stone, crafted by golemancers. They are the product of hundreds of years of Dwarven artistry, the very cutting edge of stone automata. They are bound to the will of the Prime and Sub Imperas, going to whatever lengths necessary to fulfill their requests. This is exclusionary, though, to any actions that would directly or indirectly harm the Imperas.

A golem's core is its evident heart and mind, the lynch-pin that allows the stone construct to function. Decorated with the sigils that dictate its function, the core resides within the torso of the being. While their are many variations to the standard golem, including brawn, speed, and soulbound, the golem created here is of a standard Thanhite variety, with the strength of an orc and a tact much alike. The golem speaks in monotone, robotic tones, void of any emotion or nuance.

The Golem Lector would be wrought of mossed grey stone, plated with copper faux-armor affixed via bolts directly into his mantle. He bears a Lector tabard, decorated with crimson and gold, his core resting behind it.

HISTORY

The Metinan Company was founded in the earliest years of the second age by Bernard de Salier, an outcast from his homelands, along with his meager companions. The company was met with strict hardship from every nation they went to occupy, finding it fit to establish themselves in the wilderness. Fleeing to a cave in the wood of Tiber, the company quickly expanded their horizons to the founding of a city. Welcoming those houses and clans outcast from their home realms, the Company found itself at the doorstep of perpetual employment. 

FEALTY TO THE PROPRIETOR

The Company is owned solely and wholly by one individual, the Master-and-Proprietor, Janusz Mansfeld. All members of the company are undertaken in leal service to him and his company’s clients, and all company profit circulates in his name. The proprietor is formal only in his role as owner of the company, and informal in his conduct in all other respects; seldom does he obtrude in company affairs and the duty of daily function and assignments falls to his delegates in the officership.

SENIORITY IN RANK

Those most senior of the companymen are awarded a higher status and ranking of ‘Senior Companyman’, their battle-tested experience proving them worthy of trust in leading the completion of contracts assigned to them and for the privilege of assembling troopes.

RANKINGS

Master-and-Proprietor (Maest az Bannard)

Holding the titular and fiscal ownership of the company, the Master-and-Proprietor oversees all company endeavors.

Coinmaster (Maest az Aur)

Responsible for the timely and orderly payment of the company, the Coinmaster is naturally second only to the Master-and-Proprietor.

Captain (Kondotaar)

A grizzled veteran even amongst the senior companymen, the Captain is raised from his peers to oversee long-term contracts, such as the City Watch of Saint Luciensburg.

Senior Companyman (Fordren)

Though once an honorary title for deceased companymen, the title of Senior Companyman has come to be awarded to those distinguished and skillful companymen. Senior Companymen are allowed a limited authority over their subordinates, expected to keep the ranks ready and disciplined.

Companymen

The standard rank in the company is simply that of “companyman.” It denotes one who has proved himself worthy of acceptance into the guild of sword brothers. Aside from the general ability to be awarded contract in the Company’s name, companymen will choose a martial specialization in standard arms (venstren), heavy arms (silwren), ranged arms (brasren), or as cavalrymen (ervelren); and will take a non-combative craft of their choice.

Unoathed / Non-Combative (Mundan)

Men which have not committed themselves to the company for a term of employment or have not yet shown proficiency in an area of combat will be referred to as “unoathed”, and will aid the company strictly in non-combative manners.

COMPENSATION

Compensation to companymen is handled primarily by the coinmaster, who is also tasked with the general drove of bookkeeping, accounting payment and the outfitting of companymen. Soldiers employed by the company are provided with room and board as well as basic tackle and arms. Naturally, they receive a portion of a bounty aided in completion, with bonuses awarded for exemplary and meritorious conduct. A dilatory companyman shall receive no pay and be potentially removed from the roster.

CONDUCT

Disregarding the significantly informal conduct of its past, the Metinan Company holds to a more strict discipline of its men. Those employed are forbidden to draw the blood of innocents, men of the cloth and children. Furthermore, soldiers must be practicing Canonists and be disavowed from degenerate tendencies. So too is a companyman forbidden from disseminating sensitive information to third parties. Should a companyman cease to work before the duration of his contracted period has expired, he will be considered a deserter and bound for punishment.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

The company and all its members are firstly in servitude to the proprietor, chief in ownership and directive. The proprietor appoints the senior companymen as he sees fit through merit and length of employment, as well as appointing captains of contracts where required. 

The companymen are secondly under the watch of their respective head of contract, be it captain in the case of long term contract or senior companyman in the case of a lesser contract. Captains within the Metinan Company hold universal authority over all senior companymen and companymen regardless of assigned contract, while senior companymen at the head of completion of contracts find their jurisdiction ends there.

Senior companymen in the ranks are comprised of those companymen who have displayed exemplary lengthy service or significant merit, and thus attain a higher status and command over the lesser companymen. 

Under all are the standard companymen, who work to prove themselves in a meritocratic environment amongst their peers. Companymen are assigned to contracts on the basis of interest and need.

Outside of the traditional call of rank are the non-combatives employed by the company, including the coinmaster and untrained. These men pay service to the company not through merit of steel, but through merit of other skills. Should they prove to be useful behind the hilt of a sword, they shall be put to work as such.

CAPTAIN CASTILE’S MEAGRE TROOPE OF ST. LUCIENSBURG

The Watch of St. Luciensburg is a subsidiary entity of the Metinan Company, wherein most soldiers employed find their inceptive training and first assignment. The company is perpetually employed by the City-State of St. Luciensburg, entrusted with the protection of her walls and inhabitants from ne’er-do-wells, villains and foreign legions. The captain of the watch finds it within his abilities to command all those assigned to him in the upholding of such a contract. The troope is led by Captain Lukas Castile.

CONTRACTS

The Metinan Company actively seeks contracting from outside parties for security, resource acquisition, and other miscellaneous work. Upon the obtainment of a contract the company appoints a senior companyman with the task of its completion through any means he sees fit. The pricing of contracts is adaptable, bending to risks both tangible and political accordingly. Those interested in formalizing a contract should further a notice to the company’s address.

But Eiji already knew of the message's contents; a plan to amass an army of mercenaries and invade his workplace. He had heard the threats before. They were only empty ones. THE AURDAN SYSTEM OF PROSECUTION

Section One: Structure

I. The Office of the State Prosecution, henceforth referred to as The OSP, shall be comprised of the following four positions:

II: The Clerical Staff, or Law-Clerks:

i: The position of entry-level status for all OSP entrants, The Clerical Staff shall provide general support for the function of the office.

ii: The Clerical Staff shall be subject to promotion after the successful production of at minimum five (5) subpoenas and the accompaniment of a State Prosecutor to at minimum two (2) in-court trials and preliminary hearings.

iii: The Clerical Staff is to be compensated on a commissioned basis, monetary rewards being provided in direct accordance with contributions to The OSP.

III: The State Prosecution, or State Prosecutors

i: The State Prosecution shall be responsible for managing the law clerk(s) assigned to them and reporting their work provided to the case to the Ministry of Justice administration.

ii: The State Prosecution shall be responsible for trying criminals to the full extent of the law within their right without significant reliance on the Ministry of Justice administration.

iii. The State Prosecutions shall be required to take The Euclidean Oath prior to serving their office in any capacity.

iv: The State Prosecution is to be compensated on an annual basis, in accordance with The OSP budget.
 

IV: The Assistance, or The Assistant Attorney-General

i: The Assistant Attorney General is to be responsible for providing general facilitation for The Attorney General in all his duties.

ii: This assistance may take the form of delegation of work to lower staff, or recruitment of entrants to The OSP.

iii: The Assistant Attorney-General is to be compensated in an identical manner to The State Prosecution.
 

V: The Management, or The Attorney-General

i: The attorney general is to serve duly as the lead state prosecutor for The Ministry of Justice and as the general manager of all OSP functions.

ii: The Attorney General is to be responsible with ensuring the influx of new clerical staff to the ministry, as well as their respective promotion of office.
 

Section Two: Duties

I: The OSP is to be tasked with the prosecution of all criminals under Orenian jurisdiction to the full extent of The Oren Revised Code.

i: This prosecution shall be both swift and thorough in its processes and execution.

ii. This prosecution shall so too be fair and unbiased in the eyes of the law on all levels including in representation and adjudication.

II: The OSP is to be responsible with the fluid and proper communication with her companion branches in The Ministry of Justice, ensuring that all relevant information (including evidence) be delivered to her employees.

Solomon Raven partook in numerous statements of slanderous comments toward Her Excellency Ophelia van Wick as well as those present around her including Sir Henry Marshall. Mr Raven uttered his discontent toward the government, in various statements and clearly spoke such utterances to cause disarray and chaos amongst the denizens gathered within the Wicked Spider. The basis of the comments consisted as naming Her Excellency and fellow Nationalists as murderers, with the intention inciting contempt and uprising to remove the government officials in position
