Brandil Sharpaxe was born to a humble family as a son of Kodrin Sharpaxe. Brandil, being the only son, was raised mostly by his father and so he learned his way of life and how to work on a farm, do some basic carpentry and leatherworking. When his father died near The Jade Peaks, Brandil decided to move on and leave the lands of Atlas.
He is now 340 years old, traveling with his step-daughter Brigitte which he loves as if she was his own, but he does not show it very often. He even bought her a lessons in the town of Renatus on writing and reading. They are looking forward to joining the Grandaxe clan and for a good place to set up a farm and start over.
Brandil is a man of compromises, loves ale and a good company, that is why he often visits the city taverns. He can swing with an one-handed axe and shoot with a bow pretty well, but he usually tries to avoid a fight because most of the times he finds them meaningless.
