The Frozen Pines.. an area where he originated from at least and the city he was borne from is quiet unknown. He regularly travels around with his very large family. Jesse grew up sorta just traveling around seeing all around the world he could and still is to this date. When he felt as if he explored enough of the lands he felt the ocean was his next target. He began sailing at a early age of 15 and learned many things and saw many things. Towards the end of his teenage years and transition to adulthood his love for sailing grew exponentially but then a new light dawned upon his mind in which he became very interested... Siege Weaponry and Economics of other cities around. This interest in Siege Weaponry has brought up even more opportunities for him being an engineer and a good possible Minister of Economics.
