Balvi had grown up in Agnarum, with his father, Throlral Raearnborn and his mother, Glowynn Dolgoraya. He lived a very modest life of a miners family, seeing his parents after they had worked a hard days worth in the mines. He saw how much his parents and his people enjoyed the work, so he too became a miner and has been mining all his life. Balvi was beardling who will go out of his way to work harder just to enjoy the nicer drink, or more of the bad ones! Balvi will often go into stories of treasures he has dug up while mining, nothing huge really, but any amount of old treasure or gold Balvi lights up. He will do anything to make a dollar as this dwarf is obsessed with money. Balvi’s journey begins at the age of 60, right after he leaves his Beardling age. This was unlike many dwarfs, but for Balvi’s circumstances it was allowed to pass. A frostbeard clansman had been in a taven outside of Agnarum while Balvi and Throlral entered. Balvi’s father had overheard the kinslaying filth this man was speaking and attempted to start a bar fight, little to be known that the man would stab him. The frostbeard clansman had made a run for it and got away, and Balvi will always be on the search.
