Neruc was banished from Dark Elf territory for unknown reasons. He wondered for years and years. He did do some work for Augustus Flay to steal valuable possessions but was later caught and ran from civilization. Used to have a Gravis that followed him wherever he went until it jumped into oncoming arrow fire and was killed. He is not well known at all but he really wants to be despite not liking others. Needs to lay low for a while so he does not get arrested or even worse, executed.
