For most of his life, Jerevan Basil has known only warfare. Fighting in the War of the Two Emperors as a low-ranking officer, he still commanded at least a few other soldiers among a sea of fighters. Near the end of the war, he was given orders that he believed were too extreme and flat out disobeyed them. This quickly resulted in Basil’s immediately discharge from the military, leaving him to wander the lands for a year. Now working as a wandering mercenary, much like many other warriors, hoping to find some work for minas. On the inside, Basil would prefer to find some new purpose to his life, to fill the void in his heart that being discharged from the military left him.
