Travis and ace grew up together, their dad was a hunter, and a fighter in the third atlas coalition war, and their mother a scholar, who studied the church of Canon and taught the boys that there is always good in people. The boys grew up in Renatus Travis sided with his dad and learned swordsmanship while ace kept to his mom. One day after his 15th birthday a huge storm interrupted Travis and his dads hunting trip. They return home to find two other men sitting on his couch and tension rose when their eyes met. The men where assassins sent to kill his father. Ace pressured Travis to help take care of mom while he helped father, but Travis got anxious and went downstairs. He ran. He saw men flooding through the door. He drew his new sword to help him fight alongside his father. Ace new the assassins where only here for his father and Travis was an unnecessary danger, ace launched his hunting knife into Travis’s arm so he could not fight. Travis could not do anything as he watched his father get stabbed. The boys shed tears for their lost father when they heard a female voice scream. By the time they opened their eyes they could only see their mother running into the pile of men with weapons. After that night the brothers are sworn enemies, Travis blames ace for their father’s death while ace blames their fathers on Travis.
