Osher grew up in a isolated world, such was the life of the Qalashi people before their exposure to the people of the new realms. However, He and his family where not as taken aback by their arrival being that his father Rachim; was a Merchant and would often tell him and his three sisters Kiba, Afrit and Lya and of his travels in the outside world. Due to such tales Osher developed a strong lust for travel from a very young age. Whilst other children would either play in the dunes, Osher would spend all his time in his fathers shop looking over all of his maps and trinkets from the outside world. Finally when he reached the age of 16 his father allowed him to travel with him to pick up the merchant trade. On the road, Osher was excited to see the world.. his father would say to excited seeing how Osher would barely pay attention to the caravan allowing half of his father’s stock to be stolen whilst he wondered in the local fields. After that he was not allowed to travel as his father saw him as to much of a liability on the road. Four the next four years Osher would hone his skills in the field of trade running the shop whilst his father was away in hopes of getting the chance to see the outside world again. Now at a young man at the age of 20 Osher’s father has finally (and somewhat reluctantly) given him his blessing to his official emissary to the realm of Arcas
