Born to lowborn peasants in a minor town north-west of Renatus, Ardon grew up with little formal education often spent more time upon the farm than anything else. In his formative years, Ardon’s father fell ill ending up passing away when Ardon was 15. Disillusioned by religion at the loss of his father Ardon began keeping to himself neglecting his mother and sisters. Ardon spent more time in the woods hunting to avoid his home settlement and the fears of the local population from his rejection of the church.
At the age of 19, in the woods north of Renatus Ardun heard screams of fear. Rushing towards the sounds he found a Cyclops cornering his sister. Drawing an arrow Ardon took the attention of the Cyclops allowing his sister to escape. Through fleeing in the forest and avoiding blows from the Cyclops Ardon managed to escape the foul beast but not before losing an ear and fracturing his arm in a closer call. After the realization that there are those that need help to survive and returned home and spent more time with his family. Ardon fostered a strong bond with his sisters vowing to protect them from danger.
After many years of happy living with his family, eventually returning to the church and his home settlement. Until at the age of 23 he was called to arms in and trained to join the Carol's Brigade, serving for 5 years. Ardon returned home and discovered that his family was struggling financially and his mother ill in her aging years. Deciding to use the money he saved to protect his family he sacrificed all his wealth and material goods to ensure they could live safely. Despite this eventually, his mother succumbed to the illness this time Ardon was at peace knowing that his mother and father are once again reunited. His sisters having found families of their own to raise, Ardon wished to find his own family to grow old with struck off on his own wishing all the best to his sisters promising to return again once he found his own home.
