Sirian was born to two elves in Vira'ker. His parents had fought in the war of the two emperors, and they had met each other after the war had ended. They might have acted nice to the outside world, but to Sirian, they were often strict and verbally abusive. They also crushed his dreams about magic, believing that magic is a corrupt force that has caused all the wars in the past. During when he was 9, he confronted his parents to ask them if he could join a magic school nearby. This, in turn, was greeted by physical and verbal abuse. During that one night, he knew he’d have to get away, but that would still not happen until further in his life. After this, he was sent to a literature school, and he often stayed late studying and reading, just to lessen the time he spent at home. He had a couple of friends, but could never go out with them outside of his school.
At 16, he attempted to run away multiple times, but each failure was another beating and harassing. Then, at 18, he successfully ran away with his supplies to last him for a year, and now, he roams around Arcas, wanting to learn magic and find somewhere to live.
