Born in the quaint, quiet village of Brandybrook, Davey has always had an inquisitive mind.
His father Dorbin and mother Winnie raised Davey to be kind and hardworking.
He grew up much like any other Halfling child, attending lessons, doing chores, fishing with his Father.
When not working in his family’s vegetable garden, Davey occupies his time walking the nearby forest paths or lazing about on the docks, enjoying the gentle sea breeze.
At age 11, Davey and his best friend Tobias were exploring the far edge of the forest near Brandybrook.
Davey fell into an opening on the forest floor, and found himself in a very small cave, merely a nook in the ground.
He sat there, perfectly still and dozen of red eyes glared at him from the dark.

Even though they were cloaked in shadow Davey sensed that they were all poised to strike at a moments notice.
Tobias quickly reached a hand down and managed to pull Davey up from the small hole and the pair rushed back to the safety of the village.
Davey has grown into a scholarly young halfling, always seeking new and novel bits of information and trivia.
He often spends his time eating and drinking with friends, sharing whatever small bit of information he learned that day.
