Myrwynn grew up in squalor because her parents were terrible with money, Her father studied the ancient works of golemancy but was totally incompetent in his craft and made little money from his delvings into the magic. She worked hard to put food on the table at an early age before deciding to leave home and set off on her own. Most of her work consisted of mining and wenching, hard work to scratch out a living for her self on the edge of town for years. She despises the races who live above ground for their softer more carefree lives devoid of the hard coal and rock that have surrounded her throughout her life. Since she cannot read or write she hates most the high elves because of how (il)logically they are the most “high up” on the surface.
Myrwynn rarely leaves her mountain home and can almost never be found in the sunlight unless her jaundice is coming back. Magic confuses her and therefore she distrusts it outside of dwawrven magic she has some limited fluency in. Myrwynn aspires to one day get the coal dust out of her fingernails, and perhaps in retirement settle into her own coalmine. Between the two goals the latter wins out. She now heads out on her own to the nearest dwarven city she can find to locate work and some steady income.
