Accalia was born in the Alpine forest. She grew up with one brother and her mother. She never knew her father.
Her and her brother loved to play with the forest animals. She felt particularly connected to the wolves. When Accalia was 5 years old, she learned from her mother that her father was actually a werewolf. He was killed by hunters before she was born, while he was in his wolf state. Her and her brother were shocked by the news, but inside Accalia now understood why she loved the wolves so much.
A year later, Accalia was playing with the wolves when suddenly she felt sensations on her head and back. The next thing she knew, she had sprouted ears and a tail. She was excited, but when she came home her mother was horrified. Her mom didn’t want her to meet the same fate as her father. So she made Accalia learn to hide them. Her brother never showed signs of wolf genes. He was very supportive and protective of his little sister.
One month later, when she was playing with the wolf pack, a branch cracked behind them. The pack smelled an odd odor. The pack ran off. They knew what was coming, but Accalia didn’t. She was captured by hunters. Accalia never saw her family again. She became a slave. She was bought and sold many times over the next twelve years, becoming more and more used to the abuse from her owners. Her last owner had a 10-year old daughter. Accalia and her became great friends. Eventually the little girl realized what her parents we doing to Accalia, so she helped her escape. She is now roaming the lands, trying to survive, still with the scars of her past.
