Barad was born deep in a dwarven cave surrounded by brothers and sisters, most of his early years we’re spent with his family learning how to mine ores in the cave they were in, smelt them, blacksmith them, and so on, his family was a family of Dwarven blacksmiths of the highest quality, he was destined to become a Great blacksmith from the day he was introduced to smithing he had enjoyed it with a strong grit and Passion for it’s work, He lived a mostly quiet life with his family and few siblings, nothing truly devastating had happened as they lived far from most civilizations and disconnected from society, He himself and most of his siblings had never even seen any of the other races such as Humans, Orcs, and Elves, They’d only had heard mere stories and thought of them to be mythical creatures. Recently however him and his brother Gurek Axebringer have been looking outside more and more wondering what is out there in the real world, frightened by what lays passed their caves, After long fights with his family and Parents who tried their best to ensure no one left their cave by any means, Barad had finally had enough and packed his bags over a few nights telling a few of his trustworthy siblings of his soon Departure, within the 4th night he was gone, on an adventure to lands anew to explore, smith and experience the new world of Arcas.
