Faylen was born into a happy, loving family. Her mother and father adored her and she them. All things considered they were the perfect family in the eyes of other high elves. Faylen’s mother realized she was expecting a little brother for her first born.
During childbirth, she passed away. The baby didn’t live either. Faylen’s father became cold and emotionless after their deaths. Faylen did the same. She realized you can only depend on yourself and tries her best in her preset life to keep her list of acquaintances short as to not go through again what she did with her mother and brother.
