Uireben was born in 1672 to a family of wealthy and religious merchants in Velunor in the Dominion of Malin. He grew up in Velunor without many friends around him. At 15, Uireben witnessed the rebellion take place in the Dominion of Malin. Uireben’s parents left the Dominion, taking him with them, out of fear of death to themselves or him. As they left, however, they lost Uireben. Without his parents, Uireben wandered Arcas, going from city to city until he eventually landed in Sutica in 1732. In Sutica, as with everywhere else, Uireben was homeless and starving. A group of players going through Sutica, recruiting people for the Knights of the Burning Castle. Uireben joined up with them as a scout and began working with them. In 1735 after a mission, witnessed the duel between Terr'hi Uialben and Mika Goldhand where he discovered his passionate dislike for violent people and murderers. With this dislike, Uireben undertook scout missions with the Knights of the Burning Castle with more passion than before to get rid of the bandits plaguing the land.
