Darryll’s parents were killed by orc bandi- just kidding!
Darryll had a pretty normal life. Well, at least he considered it normal. He was born on one of the many mountain ranges near Urguan on a cold winter night, son of Bernard Jaiden and Mayda Beverley. He had an older sister, Bailee, about eight years older than him. The two grew up together helping their parents out in various tasks, such as tending to their crops or skinning animals. Darryll’s father taught him everything he knew about life in general. However, a few days after he turned sixteen, he woke up during one warm summer morning and found his parents missing. His sister was shocked in utter disbelief, since their settlement was seemingly untouched. He comforted her and the two soon set for Urguan, where they met a couple of dwarven travellers and lived with them for two years. He gained two crushes, even though the flames in his heart died a few weeks after they met. Also, the dwarves taught him how to fish! Once Darryll turned eighteen he and Bailee parted ways, seeking some form of destiny in these unforgiving lands.
