Tetrard never really knew his parents. His father most likely died in some grand siege weapon explosion on the edge of a faraway battle, and his mother died during childbirth. Early on, it was obvious that Tetrard was not like other goblins. He hated the act of killing and feared for his life in a manner that caused him to run from just about every fight he encountered during his youth. This behavior didn’t sit well with the orc clan, and Tetrard was forcefully driven out after he pleaded for hours about his usefulness despite his inability to fight. So, Tetrard lived much of his adolescence alone. He was able to make friends with some of the members of other races, but these friendships fell through over time because of his inability to protect those he cares for. Throughout his travels, Tetrard used the inspiration he gained from seeing other races’ civilizations to create new designs that he keeps in a small notebook on his person at all times. When money is tight, he will sell these designs to various smiths or warmongers, but most of his designs are not related to combat at all. Unnaturally fascinated by nature due to his long time spent in the wild, Tetrard devotes much of his design time to rehabilitating animals he sees, though his lack of supplies restricts this greatly. One day, Tetrard hopes to find someone who is as devoted to life as he is, but mainly needs them for supplies so that he can do as he wishes.
