Aeryn was born into a fairly poor and underachieving family in Haelun'or. She is youngest with two brothers both who practically raised her, teaching her basic archery and building her athletic skills, though left fairly quickly in her life to travel and train in their own fields, leaving Aeryn feeling isolated in the fairly quiet area she lived in, spending her time with the animals and nature to cope. She began going into the smaller towns and committing acts of petty crime whenever her family struggled financially, leading to her becoming a bit of an adrenaline junkie, feeling proud of herself for her stealth and agility to commit the theft. She was often coddled by her parents, who desperately wanted her to stay with them instead of travelling like her brothers, though Aeryn had struggled with this idea and eventually decided to leave home, beginning to travel across towns to meet people and leading to her fairly reckless nature. Her focus and love for nature still translated through in her travels, and by meeting new people managed to gain a better insight on Druidism and began fully practicing.
