Born in Distor he was orphaned at a young age after his village was attacked by bandits. He was taken in by a monastery and was taught about the way of the five elements. There he worked hard and devoted himself to his studies. During his studies he learned about other countries, their culture, the existence of other races and other schools of thought. He decided that one day he would like to adventure out to these far away lands and build a monastery of his own. There he would be able to learn more about other countries and teach about Distor’s way of life. After seeking permission from his superiors he was given some basic supplies and a crude map. He set out to the west. On his long trip he learned many other things about the world that the roughly translated Firsthand accounts and unreliable tertiary sources didn't talk about. On his journey he saw war, racial tensions and monsters he never could of imagined. But he wasn’t deterred by this, if anything it made him feel that his missions was even more important. After a 20 year long journey he finds is way to the isle of Arcas.
