When Diana was young she lived on a farm with her mother and father, who never wanted a child, they were heartlanders as was she. She looked after the animals and worked hard, sneaking out to see her friends and her first love. Until one day, her parents had enough, it was too costly for them to have a child they didn’t even want. So, they dropped the girl at the young age of 11 off at an orphanage. She had to be held back by the workers as she screamed at her parents as they walked away. For the next two years until she turned 13 she was in a deep depression, until one of the workers put a baby that had been dropped at an orphanage in her arms. The baby looked up at her and smiled and she started to see the light in the darkness. For the following years she dedicated herself to the orphanage, helping act as a mother or sister to the younger children who needed it. when she was 15 she got her first job, so she went back and forth from taking care of the kids to her job, saving up her money for the day she could leave. When she turned 18, she hugged everyone goodbye, resigned from her job and headed out into the unknown. She traveled around the world, working jobs and saving money, enjoying life to the fullest as she traveled around, stopping at orphanages and giving the orphans presents, and also at places she can worship her religion, The Church of Canon. She loved her life and finally when she had enough at the age of 20 she traveled to the Red City of Ves, a place she had always wanted to go but hadn’t had the chance. She had always wanted to visit the center of the heartlands and heard it was a bustling center of trade and industry, and since it was such a big place for trade she knew her next adventure may be found with one of the traders.
