Nova was abused as a child and considers himself unworthy. He talkes very rudely to people becuase he thinks it makes him feel better. His mother was a very nice lady and tried to keep Nova away from his father but never prevailed. One day he heard his mother scream and later found her dead along with his father. He found a bunch of bandits raiding their house and hid behind a cubby his mother had made for him to hide in. When the bandits left he left his hiding place and went outside to find a new home. One day he stumbled upon and old man who took him in under his wing. The old man told taught him very useful household chores like hoe to cook and clean and sew. As Nova got older the old man told him to explore the world as he said it would help him understand the answer to his questions. Nova is now on his way to explore the world and find out who those bandits were.
