Born and raised in The Onyx Sanctum, Risunro Zuvnun spent his first decade living a poor life due to his parents’ folly in a previous era. His mother, Rinari Zuvnun, and his father, Elnryn Zuvnun, both fell fool to a scam and lost the family fortune. Forced to live in a ruined home with bread and water for dinner each night. Risunro’s older sister, Iriso, left his family before he was born and he did not know much about her. Despite his poor lifestyle he frequented ancestral shrines of his family and offered tribute and prayer. To keep himself and his family afloat he would perform manual labor as fellow Dark Elves give him odd looks as he works. His family managed to survive the first decade of his life by some sort of miracle. In his twenties, after working hard in his first decade in life, he began to hold an interest in books and decided he wanted to become a scholar. As such he frequented markets and began to read up on history and information that he could get his hands on. His parents approved of his passion and let him study, even hiring him a tutor despite their financial situation. During his thirties he began to take his scholarly knowledge to the next level and began to create a library with many books ranging from pleasurable readings to maps and historical events. He gained a reputation as a great librarian and people frequented his library for it’s accuracy and size. However one day, he found his library mysteriously burned down. People looked away and seem to be silent as he asked what happened. Out of fury he packed his bags and left The Onyx Sanctum, despite his family threatening to disown him for abandoning them. When he left he turned towards the realm of Arcas, seeking to reclaim his lost library by replacing the books or finding his arsonist. During his forties he got sidetracked by promises of forbidden knowledge in hidden temples. He went on a few adventures that rarely bore fruition. Due to his lack of combat experience he hired adventurers using up all of his funds rather quickly. And finally at the age of 52 after trial and tribulation, distraction and adventure, he finally made it to Arcas to finally begin his journey to accomplish his goals.
