Daughter of Ezelle and Aeldir, Azaelia was often found practicing with her bow out in the woods near Siramenor. There were few things the girl loved more, but she certainly found ways to pass time. When Azaelia wasn’t taking aim, she was often found singing or talking to some of her friends that lived near her. Since Azaelia did not yet have any siblings, she had to go outside her home to find company that was close to her age. Gloher and Glerher were two of her closest friends. She often caught herself envying their closeness since they were twins, and thus they spent a lot of their time together. Another girl Azaelia spent time with was a fairly new acquaintance – Torien, who has run into the archer one day when she was shooting. Spending time with friends was great, but Azaelia often found herself returning to the forest alone. Regardless, there was something calming about it; something that kept calling her into the trees. Though she couldn’t quite place her finger on what it was.
It seems she wanders further from the city each day, due to her curiosity. She often wonders what lies beyond the edge of the forest. What other creatures and places exist? Could there be somewhere even more amazing than the forest? As much as Azaelia loves her elven culture, she longs for more options. The old ways feel stale, which is part of the reason she never felt interested in a seed tattoo or aspectism. Maybe someday she’ll leave her city for good.
