When he was born in the Empire of Oren, his mother said that he was destined for great things, and he was. By the age of two he had learned to walk and speak English fluently. His parents sent him to a boarding school they could barely afford in the city of Helena at age ten, and wished him the best luck in his studies.
He never saw his parents again. He received news of their death three weeks from graduation.
On the day of his graduation, he was awarded the “Best Athlete” award, and not much else. He didn’t mind. In his head, being stronger and faster than others essentially meant being smarter. He tried many different jobs, trying to find a way eke out a living, but none would accept him. None, until the local Assassins guild found him at age seventeen.
They trained him, and taught him about the best ways to kill someone. He learned the ways of death, and was eventually sent to Atlas to learn about poisonous flowers from the Druid Sect of the Assassin guild.
However, all that training was for naught.
At age twenty, he was finally sent on his first mission. He was sent to kill an Elven hermit living in Atlas. When he arrived at the site, the Elf noticed him and cast a spell of cursing on him, causing him to wither away slightly whenever he kills someone. With this in mind, he could not kill the Elf, and was kicked out of the Assassins guild. Now he wanders, and wonders,
“What should I do now?”
