Tolenor grew up in the countryside a far bit outside of Oren as an only child with his mother being a highlander and father a heartlander. So he identified himself as neutral, but to be honest it was not something he spent much time thinking about, after all there were no one to comment on his ancestry out here in the middle of nowhere. When Tolenor was only 6 years old, his dad was recruited by the military and had to go serve in the kings army. But only a year later the terrible news of his fathers death was delivered to Tolenor and his mother. Around the age of 13 Tolenor went for a trip to The Kingdom of Haense with his mother. His mother was born in Haense but wanted to see the world, and ended up meeting Tolenor’s father, who was a highlander. With his mother being from Haense and his father from Helena they agreed to move away from both of their homes and settle down outside Oren. When they arrived in Haense Tolenor was truly fascinated by the big city with it’s huge towers and marvelous architecture, but what fascinated him the most was the arcane arts, which he witnessed first hand, when he saw a mage overpower a tall and well build bruiser in a duel. Tolenor went back home eager to learn more about this mysterious magic, but here he was trapped in the country side, with no way of learning anything. For years Tolenor kept dreaming about being a mage and was anxious to learn more about it. But when he was just 25 tragedy struck again, his mother passed away after months of illness. Tolenor was heartbroken for days, but he knew this was his chance to get away from home and follow his dreams. So he packed his things, and took the little stack of savings that his mother had left, and of he went. After days of travelling he finally arrived at the gate’s of Oren, and knew this was exactly where he supposed to be, and the only place where his dreams could become real.
