While she considers herself to be fully Snow Elf, Nix’s grandmother on her father’s side was a wandering Farfolk who had pitch black hair that both her father and Nix inherited. Nix had been adored by her father, who had been desperate to have a child of his own, but he could not enjoy parenthood for long due to his human curse. Nix lived with her mother, from the age of 13 to 24 until she was killed by two Vaeyl Order followers in 1725 who wanted to prove their loyalty. Now alone, beginning to age as quickly as a human, and (politely) avoided in the community for her strange appearance she disconnected herself from the world and began to live her own philosophy. She believes that it is the next step in Till’al, to not only be pure of evil intent but of all intent whatsoever in an effort to be more like the original Man and Woman made by the Creator of the Seven Skies. Her only aspiration is to be a soulless, feeling less being and she deems all else to be pointless and impure. However, she does not push her values (or lack thereof) on to others because while she thinks more people should aspire for the same thing, trying to convince people takes energy away from her goal. The only thing that indicates that she feels anything the ring on her right hand. It was her father’s ring, and she continues to wear it despite the fact that she hates herself for it. Currently she wanders from place to place, in search of a completely remote area to live that is lush enough for her to sustain herself in.
