Aarav was born in the City of Haense in the year 1734, in a family of 'soldier boys'. His father (and every other male in his family, for that matter) had served in various armies in the past, while his mother had sadly died shortly after giving birth to Aarav himself. Despite this, he grew up to be a bright, friendly child, even as his father put him through the same rigorous training he had put his brothers through. Up until the age of 8, he was a very quiet, observant child. However, for reasons unknown, he began to be very social and boisterous after turning 9. He was taught how to read by one of his mother's old friends from the ages of 9 to 12, before his father found out and set said friend away. It was too late, however, as the 'damage' was already done. He lacked many things growing up, his father wanting him to be a model soldier, but he never complained nor thought ill of his old man, thinking it was just too hard for his father to so easily give up the family legacy. Eventually, he ended up participating in the Scyfling war, tasting his first mouthful of blood in the conflict. After serving until the war's end, with Aarav taking part in various skirmishes and battles, including the Assault on Fort Buck, the sieges on Vasiland, and the Siege of Reza, in the years to come. He had learned about the art of war before, but now he had the experience to back it up. Whether it be the construction of defenses and siege engines, a gritty one on one duel, or even a fight on horseback, Aarav can do it all. However, this unhealthy fixation on battle began to take its toll, leading to a large gap between Aarav and his ability to understand the feelings of other people. His former struggle with understanding what you should and shouldn't say in front of each individual person also took a sharp nosedive for the negative. Soon after the Scyfling War ended, his father died to natural causes. He mourned alongside his brothers, before drifting along his life. For a time after his father's death, he drifted along, until the Coalition war started. with a new sense of purpose in his mind, he finally decided to return to his home in Haense. His wishes are simple; fight another battle, and another battle, until death takes him from the world.
